URBAN REGENERATION & MASTERPLANNING

Millbay Docks, Plymouth
Production of an ‘Action Plan’ to regenerate the Millbay Docks area of Plymouth. Includes visioning events with the public, the design of the masterplan for the area, visualisations and images of the scheme, and the production of design codes for the main streets and spaces.

Newquay, Cornwall
Preparation of an ‘Action Framework’ to contribute to the regeneration of the town. Involved the preparation of a vision, the production of a framework plan, supplemented by detailed masterplans and development briefs for key sites.

Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset
Public realm vision and masterplan to transform the quality of life in the town. Included detailed designs for the main urban spine, the seafront, a new central space and linear park, and involved a number of public consultation events.
